How to cancel a book session?
Connect to Iris then click on your book session in “Scheduler” and select “cancel remainder”. If the cancel is doing before 24h and that session has been not retrieve by a another user, the session will be billing at 50 %.
Is it possible to book a microscope one month earlier?
Microscopes are book 15 days in advance.
Can I book a microscope overnight and/or on weekend?
Yes and prices are reduced of 50 % from 6 pm up to 8 am, and weekends.
Can I make a booking in in my name for another user?
No, reservations must be personal to allow platform staff to better meet your need and follow you throughout your project.
If I finish my session earlier, how can I do?
Click on “End Session” of Iris time counter and the rest time will be cancel.
How retrieve our datas? And how many time are they kept?
Ideally, datas should be retrieved at the end of your session by an external hard disk or the transfer or storage servers and it’s conserved 15 days. Hard disk is also available on the platform.
