To access platform resources, external users are required to initiate a purchase order equivalent to 10 hours of the desired system. At the end of the trimester, a count is established: unused hours are carried over to the next trimester until the account is empty, and additional hours beyond the 10-hour package are invoiced through a new purchase order. Each invoice incurs an administration fee of 50 €.
