Axiozoom troubleshooting
- Switch off the Zen software
- Check if the diode at the back of the camera is on
- If not, check if the power button at the back of the camera is on and the camera plugged-in
- Check that no cable is trapped or blocked during the Z-axis initialization
- Restart the Zen software
- Load the manufacturer configuration “ZEISS DEFAULT FLUO + TL” and modify it according to your needs
- Launch again your acquisition
- If it doesn’t work, switch off and on the computer
- Check that the fluorescent lamp is switched on and that the lamp shutter button is pressed.
- Select filter and open the shutter of microscope with the touch screen or directly on microscope.
