Axiozoom troubleshooting

  • Switch off the Zen software
  • Check if the diode at the back of the camera is on
    • If not, check if the power button at the back of the camera is on and the camera plugged-in
  • Check that no cable is trapped or blocked during the Z-axis initialization 
  • Restart the Zen software
  • Load the manufacturer configuration “ZEISS DEFAULT FLUO + TL” and modify it according to your needs
  • Launch again your acquisition
    • If it doesn’t work, switch off and on the computer
  • Check that the fluorescent lamp is switched on and that the lamp shutter button is pressed.
  • Select filter and open the shutter of microscope with the touch screen or directly on microscope.
