SP5 upright troubleshooting

  • Click on every “OK” button appearing on the screen
  • Redo the exact same initialization.
  • Switch off the LASAF software
  • Switch off the “Scanner Power” button (second green button)
  • Restart the “Scanner Power” button
  • Restart the LASAF software
    • If the problem appears again, please redo the same operation
It is advised to check the presence of this bug at the start of every slot booked on this system by setting a live acquisition to ensure the laser is not shut down.
  • Click on every “OK” button appearing on the screen
  • Launch exactly the same acquisition by clicking on “Start”
